What awaits you 

• Lead feature teams and ensure work is delivered on time and meets quality expectations 

• Work closely with upper management (Cluster Heads, CTO, etc.) to meet organizational objectives

• Align with Product Owners, Sub-Product Owners, and key stakeholders from BMW Group on product goals and team matters

• Maintain direct communication with BMW Group to ensure transparency on deliverables and expectations

• Hold regular one-on-ones with direct reports (monthly) and engage, when necessary, especially with attrition risk

• Being in close touch with the HR department as support for personal related issues

• Oversee hiring, retention, and talent development to align with company goals

• Keeping track of the costs of the own unit (salaries, license, business trip costs, etc.)

• Drive delivery, monitor attrition rates, evaluate product performance, and ensure team engagement

• Foster a company culture of excellence, trust, collaboration, ownership, and simplicity

•  Ensure teams stay updated on trends and best practices, enhancing technical skills

• Implement training programs for both technical and soft skills to support professional growth

• Manage operations, team building, and strategic planning to maintain a diverse, fulfilling environment

• Regularly assess team efficiency using KPIs

• Identify and implement innovative processes to improve results

• Maintain hands-on expertise in key technology areas for effective decision-making

• Oversee training programs, evaluations, and time tracking to optimize performance

• Get involved in pitching sessions to support team initiatives, promote new ideas, and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making
