Controlling & Reporting

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.

• Perform variance analysis (budget vs. actual) and provide recommendations.

• Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.

• Monitor financial and operational KPIs.

• Support the monthly closing process.

Finance & Accounting

• Validate financial data and perform account reconciliations.

• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy of financial postings.

• Provide support during internal and external audits.

Mappings & ERP Systems

• Manage accounting mappings (accounts, cost centers, business lines).

• Test and validate financial flows within the ERP system.

• Support system implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.

Treasury & Cash Management

• Implement automated payment processes and bank statement imports.

• Ensure 4‑eyes principal compliance within the payment process.
