What awaits you 

Payments & Banking Operations

  • Initiate and process payments.

  • Enter and validate payments in the system.

  • Book bank statements.

  • Monitor and manage bank account balances.

Cashflow & Forecasting

  • Manage daily and monthly cashflow.

  • Support budgeting and forecasting for fixed assets.

Fixed Assets

  • Create fixed assets in the system.

Compliance & Administrative Tasks

  • Manage tax residence certificates.

  • Support processes related to expatriates.

  • Run prepayment cycles.

  • Perform RON/EUR currency transactions.

What should you bring along 

Must have:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury, Banking, or Accounting.

  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with banking platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.

  • High accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken), suitable for working in an international environment.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in multinational corporate environments.

  • Understanding of fixed asset processes.
