Accounts Payable Specialist

What awaits you 

Invoice Processing

  • Review invoices in SPV (approx. 250 invoices, 15,000-line items).

  • Validate compliance: approvals, vendor data, VAT, supporting documentation.

  • Post invoices into the accounting system.

Ledger & Reporting

  • Generate and verify the Purchasing Ledger.

  • Prepare SAF‑T files.

  • Prepare GL notes and perform monthly reconciliations.

  • Record accruals and provisions.

Currency & Payroll Related

  • Perform monthly revaluation of open items in foreign currency.

  • Calculate disability fund contributions.

  • Post payroll entries.

What should you bring along 

Must have:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.

  • Good understanding of VAT and local fiscal regulations.

  • Strong organizational skills and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken), suitable for working in an international environment.

Nice to have:

• MS Dynamics or other ERP system experience (MS Dynamics preferred).
