What awaits you 

Billing & Revenue

  • Validate time sheets for accuracy and completeness.

  • Generate AR invoices according to contractual terms.

  • Maintain and review the Sales Ledger.

Travel & Expenses

  • Process and verify employee travel expense reports (approx. 80 trips/month).

Fixed Assets

  • Book fixed asset invoices (approx. 20 invoices, 100-line items).

  • Perform monthly depreciation postings.

General Ledger & Closing Activities

  • Prepare GL notes and perform monthly reconciliations.

  • Record accruals and provisions.

Compliance & Reporting

• Prepare statistical reports required by authorities.

What should you bring along

Must have:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken), suitable for working in an international environment.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with fixed assets processes.

  • Exposure to international corporate environments

  • ERP experience (MS Dynamics preferred).
