What awaits you
Develop and implement the HR strategy in alignment with the company’s business goals, growth priorities, and organizational evolution.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, organization design, talent, culture, leadership maturity, and people-related decision making.
Shape and continuously improve the end-to-end HR operating model across recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, learning and development, performance management, offboarding, and HR services.
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of HR policies, processes, and governance practices, ensuring compliance with labor legislation, data protection requirements, and internal standards.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational health initiatives, translating company values into measurable leadership behaviors and people practices.
Partner with business stakeholders to define role architectures, career paths, capability frameworks, and internal mobility approaches that support a lean and future-ready organization.
Lead strategic recruitment efforts, strengthen hiring quality, and support scalable talent acquisition practices, including data-informed decision making and modern assessment approaches.
Build and evolve people analytics capabilities by monitoring key HR metrics, identifying trends, and converting data into actionable insights for leadership.
Own and improve HR systems, data quality, reporting standards, and process automation opportunities to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and managerial support.
Champion change management initiatives related to organizational transformation, new ways of working, leadership development, and capability building.
Promote responsible adoption of AI in HR processes where relevant, with a strong focus on fairness, transparency, data protection, and human oversight.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team, creating an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
Serve as a trusted partner to managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational effectiveness.
What should you bring along
Must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certifications represent an advantage.
Solid experience in a similar HR leadership role, ideally within the IT or technology industry.
Proven background in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, people operations, organizational development, and HR policy implementation.
Strong understanding of Romanian labor legislation and the ability to translate legal and organizational requirements into practical HR policies and actions.
Experience partnering with senior leadership to define and execute HR strategies that support business growth, operational effectiveness, and organizational sustainability.
Hands-on experience with HR processes, systems, and people analytics, with the ability to use data to guide decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Interest in modern HR practices, process optimization, digital enablement, and the thoughtful use of AI in people-related activities.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Nice to have:
Experience with organizational design, role architecture, workforce planning, or change management programs.
Exposure to employer branding, leadership development, or capability-building initiatives.
Experience improving HR service models, automation, or digital HR tools.
