What awaits you 

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be part of one of the two feature teams we in the hub have for the a key member of the Product Team, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment processes within our large-scale Salesforce ecosystem. You will work as part of an overarching cross-functional team, collaborating closely with other deployment engineers, Salesforce platform admin and environment managers, QA specialists, operations teams, feature development teams, and product owners.

• Participate in a structured intensive Salesforce enablement bootcamp designed specifically for mid-senior engineers (Trailhead, internal training, Salesforce classes)

• Learn and apply Salesforce fundamentals, declarative and programmatic development: Flow Builder, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce APIs

• Earn Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I)

• Join a dynamic, collaborative feature development team that values open communication, knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and delivering features as part of our CRM products.

• Design and develop customized solutions with APEX (classes and triggers), Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), Flow Builder, and API integrations (web services, outbound messages) using our MuleSoft integration layer.

• Configure objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, permissions, and other Salesforce platform related settings.

• Refine and optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance and scalability.

• Maintain technical documentation to support development and operations.

• Ensure reliability and performance by implementing robust unit testing and maintaining detailed logs and debugging.

• Work in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprints, stand-ups, and iterative development to deliver different features.
