What awaits you 

  • We are seeking a skilled React developer to independently develop and maintain our web application. As a developer on this project, you will have ownership of the frontend architecture, development process, and implementation decisions.

  • Design and implement the frontend architecture of our web application

  • Develop reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

  • Transform business requirements into structured technical specifications.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA engineers to refine requirements.

  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code

  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes

  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

  • Handle state management and data architecture

  • Implement automated testing strategies

  • Manage deployment and build processes

  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design

  • Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

What should you bring along 

  • University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience with React.js and its ecosystem

  • Mandatory skills: MCP + Skills + Agents, VSCode + Github or similar IDE

  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

  • Expert understanding of React concepts (Hooks, Context, etc.)

  • Strong experience with state management (Redux, MobX, or Zustand)

  • Proficiency in modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, or similar)

  • Experience with React testing libraries (Jest, React Testing Library)

  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL

  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks

  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design

  • Experience with Next.js or similar React frameworks

  • Experience with UI component libraries

  • Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)

  • Knowledge of browser DevTools and debugging

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder interactions

  • Excellent English verbal and written skills

  • German communication skills will be a plus
